Lifeline Institute of Regenerative Medicine (LIRM), A Unit of Rigid Healthcare Pvt. Ltd, is a pioneering institute located in Perungudi &Ticel Bio Park, Chennai pursuing clinical trial and research activities on therapeutic stem cells since its inception in 2006. LIRM is endowed with the state of the art culture and molecular laboratory with expertise manpower. It intends to explore the potentials of stem cell technology to provide quality healthcare with built-in research initiative to endure therapy for many untreatable diseases through cellular replacement, tissue engineering or regenerative medicine. LIRM performs Research and development as well as Experimental clinical trials under single roof.
As a ground-breaking and maiden effort, LIRM has started educating the budding biotechnologists with stem cell therapeutics and research since 2007. We are proud and pleased to mention that we have educated more than 400 students all over the world on stem cell technology since 2007. The student’s feedback was overwhelming and we will continue the same in forthcoming years. The below is the summer training students of Batch III and our P.G. Diploma in stem cell therapeutics students along with our Director and team.
The vision of LIRM is to bring India at the forefront of research in regenerative medicine in curing diseases using stem cell, tissue engineering and nanotechnology.
